The following is a guide to help you book the village hall for your event in six steps:

  1. Check out the Facilities page for details and a hall plan and identify the space you need for your event.
  2. Check out the What’s On page and find a suitable date *
  3. Download the documents you need including: Hall hire charges, Standard conditions of hire and Hall booking form
  4. Fill in the Booking Form and email it to us
  5. Upon receipt we will respond to your enquiry and once agreed send you through your hire agreement for to sign, you return a copy to us with your deposit of £100
  6. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of your signed form and the deposit. We will confirm with you and send you details of the key collection.

*Final confirmation of the date will be given by the Bookings Administrator as the online calendar may not show the most recent bookings.
